Does MINK Shoes ship internationally?

Yes. Upon checkout there is a dropdown menu calculating shipping charges for your address. If you do not see your country in the drop down menu, please email info@minkshoes.com and a customer service representative will assist you.

Does MINK Shoes charge sales tax for online orders?

MINK Shoes collects sales tax for California at 9.5%. Many states require year end sales tax reporting on all online purchases where tax was not collected. Please visit your state’s department of revenue website for information.

Are your shoes completely Vegan?

Yes. All materials and glues are devoid of animal product.

How do I choose my shoe size?

MINK Shoes use European sizing. For Glorious Shop purchases, we suggest you choose the size you wear most often. If you need assistance, our stylists are a click away at info@minkshoes.com.

For Custom Orders, our stylists will work with you to determine the two most suitable sizes and they will be forwarded for “try on”. This is part of the custom couture styling included in your purchase
